In 1995 we begin following the doomed romance of RAY + JULIE in Liverpool. In Sheffield in 2001, Jason stretches over the walkway at Park Hill flats and scrawls CLARE MIDDLETON I LOVE YOU WILL U MARRY ME?. She says no. Years later, Urban Splash develop the site and decide to not only keep the graffiti but to trace only part of
