    This is the <i>No Parlez</i> project, a cover version of Rutherford Chang’s <a href="http://rutherfordchang.com/white.html"><i>We Buy White Albums</i></a> project. The current count is on the main <a href="index.html">website</a> page.

This new Issue is ISSUE Fifteen (I think), an issue full of doubt but also new beginnings, a Christmas special marking ISSUE ZERO in Deptford, all ZERO PLANS in France and the arrival of Kora. 
<p>
ISSUE Fifteen (I think) features a new interview with Mr Average about his work with the <i>No Parlez</i> backing singers and texts reflect on the 
deep futility of the project, the never-ending nature and the question of obsession. 
<p>
ISSUE Fifteen (I think) - 24-pages full colour, 25x17cm, beautifully printed as always by our friends at <a href="https://www.newspaperclub.com">NewspaperClub</a> in
    Glasgow. Materials include a new badge developed with <a href="https://www.instagram.com/bettyboolean/">BettyBoolean</a>, a Festive message from <a href="https://www.instagram.com/wrentime/">FATCANFLUB</a>, Christmas decoration and doubt (but do!) text from <a href="https://www.instagram.com/frank.wasright/">FRANK WAS RIGHT</a>, 80s Letraset, insert animal cards in frosted foggy envelope, Warhol/Burgess/Drummond references and various red and Christmas stickers.
     <p>Available in return for one copy of <i>No Parlez</i> on vinyl.
