    This is the <i>No Parlez</i> project, a cover version of Rutherford Chang’s <a href="http://rutherfordchang.com/white.html"><i>We Buy White Albums</i></a> project. The current count of number of <i>No Parlez</i> bought is on the main <a href="index.html">website</a> page.

This new Issue 17 has kindly been supported by <a href="https://independentsbiennial.com/">Liverpool Independents Biennial</a>, allowing 200 copies to be printed. The issue goes alongside a display in Liverpool Central Library and looks back on the moment Paul Young met the artist, the University of 
Leeds exhibition and comes with a free White Album badge. 24-pages full colour, 25x17cm, beautifully printed as always by our friends at <a href="https://www.newspaperclub.com">NewspaperClub</a>.
