    This is the <i>No Parlez</i> project, a cover version of Rutherford Chang’s <a href="http://rutherfordchang.com/white.html"><i>We Buy White Albums</i></a> project. The current count of number of <i>No Parlez</i> bought is on the main <a href="index.html">website</a> page. 
<p>

This new Issue 16 is an issue of new writing, photos and drawings inspired by the futility and magic of buying second-hand copies of <i>No Parlez</i>. It features Sean Ashton, Leah Bedford, Ralph Bullivant, Lucy Bergman, wren adobe, Lee Crocker and an advert for forthcoming project with Louise K. Wilson. 

<p>Issue 16 celebrates record shops, record hunting and record listening - 24-pages full colour, 25x17cm, beautifully printed as always by our friends at <a href="https://www.newspaperclub.com">NewspaperClub</a> in
    Glasgow. Materials include a <i>Love Will Tear Us Apart</i> bookmark and ribbon fragment and an unplayable 7" on the cover.
     <p>Available in return for one copy of <i>No Parlez</i> on vinyl.
