This is the No Parlez project called ZERO PLAN, a cover version of Rutherford Chang’s We Buy White Albums project. Current count of the number of No Parlez accumulated is on the main website page. The accompanying zine is also called ZERO PLAN. Issue 31 has been inspired by a couple of 1988 issues of Underground magazine, then edited by Dave Henderson who contributes a new text. The issue also comes with a Glastonbury 1983 report from Mike Bradshaw, new artworks by Olli Tipling and Danny McEvoy and chats with Spotters Kev Clark and Paul Tranter. There's a free red nose too which makes sense once you read the issue. 24-pages full colour, 21x14.8cm, beautifully printed by mixam. Available in return for one copy of No Parlez on vinyl.
