    This is the <i>No Parlez</i> project called <i>ZERO PLAN</i>, <strike>a cover version of Rutherford Chang’s <a href="http://rutherfordchang.com/white.html"><i>We Buy White Albums</i></a> project</strike>. Current count of the number of <i>No Parlez</i> accumulated is on the main <a href="index.html">website</a> page. The accompanying zine is also called <i>ZERO PLAN</i>.

Issue 32 has been inspired by some 1983 issues of <i>Sounds</i> newspaper and asks the question WHY? throughout. There's also a new TOP TEN from our friend Mike Bradshaw, Record Shop of the Month, a free plectrum and an essay by Peter Mills on saying 'no' to Paul Young. Oh, there's also a special <i>Sgt Pepper</i> Spotters' Card.
