    This is the <i>No Parlez</i> project called <i>ZERO PLAN</i>, <strike>a cover version of Rutherford Chang’s <a href="http://rutherfordchang.com/white.html"><i>We Buy White Albums</i></a> project</strike>. Current count of the number of <i>No Parlez</i> accumulated is on the main <a href="index.html">website</a> page. The accompanying zine is also called <i>ZERO PLAN</i>.

Issue 25 is a return to the earlier cryptic style, with a set of 2026 resolutions and a hand-drawn <i>ZERO PLAN</i> family tree. The issue also includes a fake <i>POLAR ZEN</i> record, Wearing & Brancusi postcards, mini-zine tribute to <i>The Next Big Thing</i>, spray paint, stickers and a reproduction of <i>THINGZINE</i> Issue 1.

16-pages full colour, 25x17cm, beautifully printed as always by our friends at <a href="https://www.newspaperclub.com">NewspaperClub</a>, this time using their extra white recycled stock.
     <p>Available in return for one copy of <i>No Parlez</i> on vinyl.
