    This is the <i>No Parlez</i> project called <i>ZERO PLAN</i>, <strike>a cover version of Rutherford Chang’s <a href="http://rutherfordchang.com/white.html"><i>We Buy White Albums</i></a> project</strike>. Current count of the number of <i>No Parlez</i> accumulated is on the main <a href="index.html">website</a> page. The accompanying zine is also called <i>ZERO PLAN</i>.

Issue 29 has been inspired by a 1983 issue of top style magazine The Face and has a few nods to designer Neville Brody, along with an unplayable 2" flexidisc and reflections on the <i>FOUR WORDS</i> project, including a new work from Mike Hill. There's also a short story from Mike Bradshaw, <i>Boredom</i> by Matteus Watson, a new postcard work from BettyBoolean, the final 2025-26 league table and the usual array of stickers, puns, quotes, 1983 references and a new feature, Record Shop of the Month.
