    This is the <i>No Parlez</i> project called <i>ZERO PLAN</i>, <strike>a cover version of Rutherford Chang’s <a href="http://rutherfordchang.com/white.html"><i>We Buy White Albums</i></a> project</strike>. Current count of the number of <i>No Parlez</i> accumulated is on the main <a href="index.html">website</a> page. The accompanying zine is also called <i>ZERO PLAN</i>.

Issue 27 comes in an edition of 30 again and features chats with Paul Collins (The Nerves) and Kim Lesley, one of the original backing singers. There's also 
the penultimate league table, chocolate from Istanbul, Mike Bradshaw's Top Ten US Hardcore tracks from 1983 and a contribution from Joanne Tiffany inviting us to think about access and record shops. 

There's also a hand-drawn zigzag postcard, mini-zine, collaged 7" sleeves and Half Man Half Biscuit lyrics.
