    This is the <i>No Parlez</i> project called <i>ZERO PLAN</i>, <strike>a cover version of Rutherford Chang’s <a href="http://rutherfordchang.com/white.html"><i>We Buy White Albums</i></a> project</strike>. Current count of the number of <i>No Parlez</i> accumulated is on the main <a href="index.html">website</a> page. The accompanying zine is also called <i>ZERO PLAN</i>.

Issue 26 comes in an editiomn of 50 this time and continues from Issue 16 with more new artworks inspired by the <i>ZERO PLAN</i> project, with contributions from Tom Cullen, the FATCANFLUB, Claudia Tong, Ralph Bullivant, Dave Henderson, Hans K Clausen, Abbie Bruff, Alex Dempster, Paul Tranter, Mike Bradshaw, Bryan Biggs, James Mellor, Mick 
Marston, Alma Tischlerwood, Nicole Dodds, Nicholas Shearon, Jenna Fox, Matt Greenhill, Louise K. Wilson, 
Katie Breckons, Julia Pluta and Spencer Graham. The issue includes postcards, mini-zine, badge,
