This is the No Parlez project called ZERO PLAN, a cover version of Rutherford Chang’s We Buy White Albums project. Current count of the number of No Parlez accumulated is on the main website page. The accompanying zine is also called ZERO PLAN. Issue 23 explores the No Parlez beginnings - as an angry song written in the early 1980s by Anthony Moore and as more-than-an-LP produced by Laurie Latham. Both are interviewed for this issue that includes rare diary notes from the actual recording session, along with important underpinning influences. The issue includes fragments of text from COVER (VERSIONS) (2020), frosted card, stickers, mini-scrapbook and cantaudio catalogue. 24-pages full colour, 25x17cm, beautifully printed as always by our friends at NewspaperClub.
